Washington State Senior Accountant

Leading month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, the fully remote Senior Accountant in Washington State will prepare journal entries, maintain general ledger accuracy, and support budgeting and financial planning processes within a growth-stage healthcare organization. Key responsibilities Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports Analyze financial results and support external audit requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
