Wayleave & Land Access Specialist

Morepeople is recruiting for a Wayleave Officer to support major infrastructure projects across Oxford and Hungerford. The role focuses on land access, wayleave management and liaison with landowners and stakeholders.

You will coordinate landowner agreements, monitor access, and advise on matters like fencing and water supply, while maintaining records for the project team. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.
