Wayleave & Land Access Specialist

MorePeople is recruiting a Wayleave Officer to join our expanding infrastructure team, based across Oxford and Hungerford. The role focuses on land access and wayleave matters throughout the project lifecycle, liaising with landowners, occupiers and contractors.

You will manage agreements, provide notices, support negotiations and maintain accurate land records, travelling regionally as required to support major projects.
