In this role, you help National Bank Financial, Wealth Management stand out by providing exceptional customer service to have a long-term positive impact on our clients.YourjobSupport the team in providing superior customer service and be available to meet client requestsCarry out routine operations related to financial transactions (e.g., purchases and sales of securities, necessary transaction adjustments)Carry out deposit, withdrawal, transfer, and currency conversion instructions for all investment accounts and ensure diligent follow-upAnalyze, open, and update client filesCarry out the administrative management of client files by managing agendas, scheduling appointments, and preparing client meetingsDraft and send client communicationsEnsure adherence to compliance and risk management rulesYour teamIn the Exclusive Remote Advisory Services team, you are part of a direct team of eleven colleagues, a large team of some fifty colleagues, and you report toSenior Manager, Exclusive Remote Advisory Service (ERAS) .The virtual branch ofExclusive Remote Advisory Services is available to our client Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET), and the team is physically in the office three days a week.Our training programsuse on-the-job learning to help you master your role. You can access personalized training content to support your ongoing learning. You’ll also have access to colleagues with a wide range of expertise, experience, and backgrounds to enrich all aspects of your development.PrerequisitesCompletion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) coursesCompleted college and/or university diploma in a related fieldTwo years of relevant experience in the banking (“back office”), insurance, and/or financial industry (asset)Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suiteExcellentcustomerserviceskillsYour benefits
