Wealth Management Admin Specialist (9-Month Contract)

BMO Nesbitt Burns, part of BMO Private Wealth, is seeking an Investment Advisor support role in Canada on a 9-month contract basis. The successful candidate will assist Investment Advisors and branch staff with day-to-day administration, client service, and coordinating marketing activities to strengthen client relationships.

Responsibilities include preparing for client meetings, managing inquiries, processing basic money movements, and generating reports for advisors and clients.
