Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is a strong preference
- At least 2 years of experience in giving advice, planning, and investment sales.
- SIE, Series 7, Series 63 are a must
- Having L&H and Series 66 (or equivalent) is a requirement or the ability to receive all within the Licensing and Registration Schedule Self-motivated, with an excellent ability to organize and plan activities for the purpose of attaining sales and referral targets
- Deep knowledge of wealth products and services
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel in the assigned market to meet potential and existing customers as well as partners five days a week
- Willingness to travel in the assigned area
- Very good knowledge of wealth management business development techniques
- Very good knowledge and experience of working with retail and small business banking clients
- Consultative selling experience is a must
- Showing relationship‑building talents and being able to work jointly with people from different departments
- Track record of meeting the sales targets
