Web Engineer & Product Requirements Lead

Virgin Active is transforming its digital platforms and building scalable solutions across mobile apps, internal platforms and third-party services. We seek a Web Engineer to bridge Product and Engineering, turning ideas into clear requirements and ensuring readiness for development.

You will work with Product Managers, Engineers, Architecture and Data teams to refine stories, map data flows and define quality expectations while maintaining reusable documentation and test scenarios.
