Job Summary:

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable wellsite services to our customers. Working as part of the Geoscience and Surface Data Services (GSS) team, you will be responsible for monitoring, recording, and interpreting real-time well data to support drilling operations and ensure the delivery of high‑quality information to customers.

This is a hands‑on operational role where you will work closely with drilling teams and customer representatives to monitor well activity, maintain data acquisition systems, identify trends and anomalies, and provide accurate reporting throughout the life of the well.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Monitor, record, process, and quality‑check well data and drilling parameters, ensuring the integrity and reliability of information provided to customers.
• Monitor real‑time drilling operations and provide timely, factual information to customers and operational teams.
• Identify operational trends, drilling events, and anomalies through the interpretation of wellsite data.
• Compile End of Well Reports, daily drilling reports, and customer‑requested reports.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot surface data acquisition systems, sensors, and associated monitoring equipment.
• Work closely with customer representatives, drilling personnel, and other wellsite service providers to support safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer well data and operational information.

• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery processes and operational performance.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programmes.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives by wearing PPE, following HSE policies, and maintaining required safety training.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Petroleum Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience as an offshore Data Analyst or Senior Mudlogger
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer wellsites, including offshore locations where required.
• The right to work in the UK.
