Wind Service Solution Lead

Position Objective: Win O&M service contracts and support project sales by delivering comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) service solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design, maintain, and update the company's O&M service offerings;

2. Acquire and accurately understand client requirements;

3. Review and provide feedback on project RFPs;

4. Develop tailored O&M solutions for specific projects;

5. Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies;

6. Provide technical input for project cost accounting and allocation;

7. Participate in client interactions to promote the company's O&M services;

8. Support and/or participate in contract negotiations;

9. Recommend O&M service KPIs and plan initiatives to enhance service quality;

10. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Relevant experience in the wind power industry;

2. Proficient and fluent in English

3. Strong ability to perform under pressure;

4. Open-minded, able to collaborate effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds;

5. Preferred/Additional Qualifications: International experience; educational background in engineering; knowledge in business, finance, or law.
