This experienced Desktop Engineer / IT Build Analyst manages Windows device compliance, patch remediation, and endpoint maintenance. The six-member core team supports project and business-as-usual activities. The work includes Windows 11 configuration, driver management, automation, and advanced endpoint troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose Windows, Office, driver, and configuration compliance issues
• Develop, test, and deploy PowerShell remediation scripts
• Support Windows 11 upgrades and compliance requirements
• Resolve escalated patching and endpoint issues
• Perform root-cause analysis and document remediation activities

Requirements:

• Six or more years in desktop support and patch management
• Strong Windows 11 configuration and driver management knowledge
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• Experience with endpoint management and patching tools
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
