SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Provide L1/L2 technical support for IT equipment and systems in Distribution/Fulfillment Centers.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, printers, peripherals, and user issues.
  • Support network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VDI environments.
  • Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of technology systems.
  • Monitor data center alarms and coordinate with vendors and Global Technology teams.
