This seasoned Desktop Engineer position also operates as an Endpoint Management Engineer and Build Analyst. You will diagnose patching, driver, and configuration issues while maintaining enterprise systems. The work includes automation, application lifecycle management, Windows upgrades, and collaboration with IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose OS, Office, driver, and configuration compliance issues
  • Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop PowerShell automation for recurring compliance issues
  • Test and monitor automated maintenance solutions
  • Support Windows 11 upgrades and configurations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Six or more years in desktop support or compliance management
  • Strong Windows 11 patching and driver management knowledge
  • PowerShell proficiency for automation and system management
  • Experience with Intune, SCCM, or endpoint management solutions
