Windows Infrastructure Engineer – Quant Trading

In this role you will design, implement, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure within a fast-paced quant trading environment. You will focus on platform engineering, authentication systems, databases, virtualization, core network services, and endpoints across Windows and Linux. You’ll automate and streamline operations with PowerShell and contribute to a highly skilled, tech-driven culture. • design, implement, and integrate infrastructure systems on Windows-based platforms
• maintain operating systems, authentication systems, databases, and virtualization infrastructure
• manage core network services and messaging for internal and external environments
• work across Windows and Linux in hybrid on-prem/cloud contexts
• focus on automation and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues

• STEM degree
• significant Windows automation experience
• PowerShell (C# exposure a plus)
• deep understanding of Windows platform technologies (Active Directory, Failover Clustering)
• troubleshooting skills and familiarity with tracing tools
• experience with Windows Server applications and management tools (Exchange, SQL, SCCM, Hyper-V, ADFS)
• knowledge of networking, Linux, and information security concepts
• experience integrating on-premises and cloud environments
• experience with containers on Windows and Linux
