Windows PowerShell Engineer– Quant Trading

In this role you will design, implement, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure for a high-profile quantitative trading firm. You will work across Windows and Linux environments, focusing on automation, platform engineering, and core services. • design, implement, and integrate infrastructure systems on Windows-based hosts
• maintain operating systems, authentication systems, databases, and virtualization infrastructure
• manage core network services and messaging for Windows and Linux environments
• work across on-premises and cloud environments to ensure seamless integration
• troubleshoot and optimize Windows platform components and associated tooling
• hands-on implementation in a fast-changing, agile setting
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive automation

• Significant Windows systems automation experience
• Powershell proficiency (ideally with some C# exposure)
• Deep understanding of Windows platform technologies (Active Directory, Failover Clustering)
• Experience with Windows Server apps and management tools (Exchange, SQL, SCCM, Hyper-V, ADFS)
• Familiarity with tracing tools and strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of networking, Linux basics, and information security concepts
• Experience integrating systems across on-premises and cloud environments
• Experience with containers on Windows and Linux
