This Intel Server Support resource assists with Windows Server configuration, administration, and infrastructure support. The work includes maintaining Intel-based server infrastructure and addressing technical issues. Exposure to Azure Windows environments and virtualization technologies supports additional activities. Collaboration with technical teams helps address infrastructure support requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer Windows Server environments
• Support and maintain Intel-based server infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server-related technical issues
• Support server infrastructure operations and environment availability
• Collaborate with technical teams on infrastructure requirements

Requirements:

• Hands-on Windows Server configuration and administration experience
• Knowledge of Windows Server administration practices
• Ability to maintain server infrastructure
• At least five years of SQL Azure experience
• At least five years of Server Support Analyst experience
