Job Title: Window & Door Installer (Bespoke Steel)

Location: Shipston-on-Stour (with site travel)

Position: Straight Permanent

Salary: £16.00 - £21.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

Overtime: x1.3 during the week (over 40 hours), x1.5 on Saturdays

We are a highly prosperous and growing company based in Shipston-on-Stour, specialising in premium, bespoke steel windows and doors. Due to a packed pipeline of high-end projects, we are looking for a skilled Fitter to join our installation team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing high-end, bespoke architectural steel windows and doors on site.
• Ensuring all installations are square, secure, weatherproof, and finished to a flawless standard.
• Glazing, sealing, and adjusting heavy-duty steel frameworks and hardware.
• Providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally on high-end residential and commercial sites.
• Working safely and effectively as part of an installation crew.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience installing windows and doors, ideally with architectural steel, aluminum, or timber frames.
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site fitting challenges and use hand/power tools with precision.
• A valid UK driving license (essential for site travel).
• Reliable, punctual, and based within a commutable distance of Shipston-on-Stour.
