Windows System Engineer - Hedge Fund

Develop and support some of the most advanced corporate infrastructure environments within a leading global hedge fund. These platforms are critical to the organisation’s performance, reliability, and ability to operate at scale in a highly demanding financial environment.

This role offers the opportunity to take the lead on a greenfield server build-out, helping to design and deploy a modern Windows infrastructure from the ground up. Beyond the initial build, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities to modernise existing systems through automation, Infrastructure as Code, and scalable engineering practices. Strong PowerShell skills and a focus on automation will be essential to success in this position.

You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams to design and deliver robust solutions across server platforms, networking integration, and storage services, ensuring high availability, performance, and operational reliability across the environment.
