Windows Systems Administrator - L3

In this role you will design, manage and support Global Relay’s Windows environments with a focus on corporate Exchange and Active Directory. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, security, and efficient desktop management. You’ll implement and refine policies, perform incident analysis, and contribute to disaster recovery and deployment initiatives. • Administer and SME for Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange deployments
• Develop and manage desktop management policies (GPO, SCCM, MDT, MSI packaging)
• Update and document Exchange/AD configurations and procedures
• Deliver timely incident resolution with root-cause analysis and knowledge transfer
• Implement proactive support strategies to improve availability and deployment velocity
• Respond to support/operations cases related to Exchange, AD, or Windows Server issues
• Ensure Windows systems meet high service availability and align with BC/DR programs

• 3–5 years of direct Exchange experience
• 10+ years IT administration/advanced support
• In-depth knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, MDT, SCCM
• Strong problem-solving and performance analysis abilities
• Experience with mailbox server failover and cluster management in Exchange
• Windows Server, GPO validation and implementation
• PowerShell for Exchange management
• Excellent communication skills in English
