Wisconsin Licensed Care Management Manager

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed Care Management Manager will enhance care management infrastructure, ensure regulatory compliance, and support community partnerships while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develops project plans and leads initiatives to improve care management systems Monitors compliance with CMS, NCQA, and state regulations, providing guidance to the leadership team Participates in financial forecasting and planning while driving key initiatives to completion Required qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in health education, nursing, or a related health field 5+ years of experience in a healthcare-related field At least one year of supervisory or management experience Minimum of three years of experience in case management Experience with regulatory compliance (CMS, NCQA, State) and interdisciplinary clinical teams
