Workday Adaptive Planning Configurator

Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the Workday Adaptive Planning Configurator will administer and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and budgeting while collaborating with various business leaders. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain Adaptive Planning models, sheets, and hierarchies to support workforce planning initiatives Partner with Workforce Management and Finance teams to analyze labor expenses and validate workforce assumptions Configure and support Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, ensuring effective scenario planning and reporting Required qualifications Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning configuration Proficiency in strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting Experience with Adaptive models, dimensions, and scenario planning Strong analytical skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships Familiarity with Workday HCM reporting and workforce analytics
