Overview

As a Workday Delivery/PM Consultant, you drive end-to-end Workday implementations (HCM/FIN) within a global services context. You lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure delivery quality, time, and budget. You’ll work on large-scale, cloud-based ERP transformations and contribute to AI-enabled delivery approaches. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, client exposure, and opportunities to grow through sales cycles and coaching.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Workday HCM and/or FIN implementations end-to-end
  • Build and mobilise the right delivery team to execute the agreed solution
  • Manage senior client stakeholders, engagement financials, and overall delivery quality for Phase 1 and/or Phase X
  • Apply established processes and assets to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery on time and within budget
  • Mentor consultants and project managers to advance their capabilities
  • Participate in (pre-)sales cycles to expand Workday engagements and skills
  • Ensure end-to-end responsible delivery across Workday implementation lifecycle
Key requirements
  • End-to-end ownership of Workday implementations (Phase 1 and/or Phase X)
  • Experience delivering Workday projects across at least two engagements
  • Stakeholder, resource, financial, PMO, and quality management experience
  • Ability to travel as required and manage client interactions with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Certified in Workday PM/EM and/or other project management/agile methodologies
  • Experience leading diverse onshore, nearshore and offshore teams
  • Experience in large, complex system transformations
  • Experience in leading Workday Financials implementations
  • Italian, Spanish, or German language skills (beneficial)
