Workday Developer

Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid)

Job Description:

  • Design, develop and maintain Workday and other systems using Workday studio, Core Connectors, Eibs and Web services.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in system testing including creating test cases, conducting unit and system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide technical support during go-live and post implementation phases.
  • Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features and assess their impact on current systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations and core HR system functionality.
  • Lead and execute data conversion activities including data extraction, transformation and Load.
