Workday Extend Developer

In this role you will help shape new Workday-based products as part of a dedicated product team. You will work to innovate on the Workday Extend platform, collaborating with cross-functional partners to define technical solutions and customer-focused roadmaps. You will develop proof-of-concepts, gather user feedback, and drive solutions from concept to mature products. You will support junior colleagues and contribute to a growing community of practice, within a fast-paced, people-first culture. • Develop Extend applications and contribute to product team initiatives on the Workday platform
• Contribute to technical design and solutions for new products
• Collaborate with product teams to build customer-focused roadmaps
• Create proof-of-concepts and gather user feedback to inform design decisions
• Support junior colleagues and promote a community of practice in the specialist area
• Work in a small, collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure high quality work by applying relevant standards and security policies
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, including in remote settings

• Hands-on experience developing Extend applications
• Experience coding within agile delivery environments
• Experience with web service technologies (REST, SOAP)
• Clear and effective communicator with credibility in remote work
• Proficient in English
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines
