Workday HCM Security Business Analyst

Work remotely from Toronto, Ontario as a Business Analyst specializing in Workday HCM and Security for The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda.

This temporary, fixed-term contract supports digital transformation through HR analytics, process improvements, and system optimization. You will align Workday configurations with business needs, compliance requirements, and strategic objectives. The role strengthens HR operations through stakeholder collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document HR business requirements
• Translate needs into Workday HCM and Security solutions
• Resolve complex Tier 3 support issues
• Analyze HR data and reporting trends
• Manage migration, validation, reconciliation, and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Three to five years of Workday experience
• Two to three years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong Workday HCM and Security expertise
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
