Overview

As a Workday Integration Architect, you will help clients achieve faster, cloud-based HR outcomes by integrating Workday with payroll and other systems. You’ll lead workshops, drive discovery, and deliver requirements and designs to developers, while guiding a team of Workday Integrations consultants. You’ll collaborate with clients, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to craft robust solutions and shape offerings in pre-sales. This role involves global collaboration, travel as needed, and delivering large-scale transformations that unlock value.

Responsibilities
  • Share leading integration practices for Workday HCM and/or Finance with Payroll and other systems, including inventory rationalisation
  • Host workshops and lead discussions across the integration domain
  • Lead discovery sessions with clients for domain-specific integrations
  • Deliver requirements and design documents to development teams
  • Manage and guide a team of Workday Integrations consultants
  • Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture teams, and Workday to ensure robust solutions
  • Engage in (pre-)sales activities to shape offerings for prospective clients
Key requirements
  • Proficiency in Workday integration areas (Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs)
  • Experience integrating Workday with Payroll systems (PECI, Third Party Payroll Connectors)
  • Multiple full-cycle Workday implementations (requirements, design, testing, deployment)
  • Ability to travel as needed and manage virtual teams and client interactions
  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment; strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
