Workday Integration Developer

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting integrations between Workday and enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Workday integration technologies and be capable of troubleshooting complex integration and data issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations.
• Develop integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
• Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP web-service integrations.
• Work with XML, XSLT, XPath, and related integration technologies.
• Develop Workday reports required to support integrations and downstream applications.
• Perform integration testing, unit testing, defect resolution, and production deployment support.
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with Workday functional teams to translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical specifications, integration design documents, mapping documents, and support documentation.
• Support Workday releases by performing impact analysis and regression testing of existing integrations.
• Follow established security, change-management, SDLC, and production-support processes.

Mandatory Technical Skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating Workday with payroll, benefits, finance, identity-management, or other enterprise platforms
• Workday calculated fields and advanced/custom reports
• Workday security concepts
• SFTP/file-based integrations and encryption
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Workday Integration certification is preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
