Workday Integration Developer Vancouver

Design Workday integrations for Asana’s People Systems team in Vancouver, using Studio, EIB, and Web Services APIs in a hybrid office schedule.

As a Workday Integration Developer, you will build, test, deploy, and optimize enterprise integrations across Asana’s global HR technology ecosystem. You will manage technical projects end-to-end, protect sensitive HR data, and partner with People, Finance, and IT stakeholders. The work supports reliable data flow, automation, and scalable People Systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations
• Manage requirements, estimates, timelines, and launch tasks
• Monitor and troubleshoot complex integration issues
• Document process flows, specifications, and support procedures
• Identify architecture gaps and roadmap opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience building complex Workday enterprise integrations
• Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Cloud Connect experience
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, APIs, and file-based integrations
• End-to-end integration project management experience
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
