Overview

In this role you will provide post go-live support for Workday integrations and serve as a trusted advisor to a global client base. You’ll work within the AMS post-deployment team to resolve tickets, design new integration solutions, and escalate when needed. You’ll collaborate with a large team and act as an extension of customer teams, delivering high-quality service. This is an opportunity to influence customer outcomes quickly while growing your expertise in Workday integrations and related technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with customers and act as their integration advisor
  • Provide post go-live Workday integration support, handling tickets and resolving issues
  • Develop and test new integration solutions under a lead consultant
  • Collaborate within a large team of experienced integration consultants
  • Contribute to improvements in tools and processes to help the practice
  • Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
  • Demonstrate and communicate complex Workday integration concepts to customers
Key requirements
  • XML, XPath, and XSLT proficiency
  • Object-oriented programming knowledge (preferably J2EE)
  • Excellent customer focus and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to assess customer needs and manage expectations, with appropriate escalation
  • Strong integration technical knowledge for Workday integrations, including development, testing, and post go-live support
  • Ability to resolve issues and propose suitable approaches within a team and internal processes
  • Strong consulting skills: presenting, workshops, and explaining complex functionality
  • Attention to detail, prioritization, and decision-making under pressure
  • Willingness to contribute to tool/process improvements and understand cloud/web services integration
