Workday Integrations Engineering Manager

Lead Workday integrations and platform engineering for TD in Toronto, applying technical leadership, automation, and responsible AI expertise. Guide reliable delivery across HR technology.

As Engineering Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team supporting Workday integration architecture, platform solutions, and engineering standards. The role covers APIs, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, Prism, Extend, and enterprise integration platforms. You will manage delivery health, risks, dependencies, technical decisions, and operational outcomes while reporting to the Product Group Technology Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday engineers, specialists, analysts, and quality engineers
• Set integration architecture and engineering design standards
• Escalate complex issues, dependencies, risks, and vendor concerns
• Advance automation across testing, deployment, monitoring, and releases
• Communicate milestones, capacity, risks, and decisions to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Workday integration architecture and engineering frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM processes and data models
• Ten or more years of progressive enterprise technology experience
• People leadership experience including coaching and workforce planning
• Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent
