Workday Integrations Lead

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of Workday integrations during a major implementation, ensuring seamless connectivity between two Workday tenants and wider business systems.

This URGENT role is available on a permanent basis with a base salary up to £85,000 + Benefits. The role is hybrid, with approximately 1 day per week onsite in London.

Workday Integrations Specialist – Responsibilities & Experience:

• Lead the design, build and maintenance of integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Manage data mapping, transformation, schedules and error handling to maintain data integrity and business continuity
• Support implementation activity, collaborating with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors
• Coordinate and execute testing, including UAT and deployment
• Ensure integration design aligns with security, compliance and regulatory standards
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Apply technical skills in XML, XSLT and cloud-based integration patterns
• Bring proven competence in leading Workday integration delivery within project-driven or Agile environments
• Workday Partner or Pro certifications are advantageous but not essential
