Workday Payroll Functional Lead

To support a large, multi-year enterprise technology transformation, the remote Workday Time and Absence Functional Lead will manage functional delivery for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, ensuring effective integration within a broader ERP environment. Key responsibilities Lead functional delivery across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Facilitate requirements sessions and translate business needs into practical Workday solutions Own or coordinate functional testing activities, including system integration testing and UAT Required qualifications 8+ years of Workday functional experience within complex enterprise environments Advanced hands-on knowledge of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Experience leading a Workday functional stream through the full project lifecycle Previous involvement in major ERP transformation or system integration programs Strong understanding of payroll processes, time administration, and absence management
