Workday Payroll Integrations Analyst

Seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist with strong Payroll integration experience to support a key HRIS and payroll initiative. You will own hands-on delivery and support of payroll interfaces, ensuring accurate, secure, and timely data exchange between Workday and payroll platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations with a Payroll focus (end-to-end)
• Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and payroll vendors/internal systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data issues, performance, and scheduling errors
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and IT to confirm requirements, mapping, and testing outcomes
• Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing (including defect triage and fixes)
• Ensure compliance with Workday integration security standards

Required Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of Workday integrations development (complex environments preferred)
• Strong hands-on with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, PICOF, and Report Writer
• Strong Payroll integration knowledge (data flows, file formats, schedules, audit/compliance needs, error handling)
• Technical skills: XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, web services
• Able to independently debug and resolve complex integration issues
• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
