Overview
WearesupportingaleadingenterpriseorganisationundergoingamajorWorkdaytransformationandareseekinganexperiencedWorkdayPrismAnalyticsConsultanttojointheprogrammeonaninitial12-monthcontract.
Thisrolewillplayakeypartindesigning,building,anddeliveringadvancedanalyticssolutionswithintheWorkdayecosystem,enablingbusinessstakeholderstogainmeaningfulinsightsfromlargeandcomplexdatasets.ThesuccessfulconsultantwillworkcloselywithWorkdayFinancials,HR,Reporting,andIntegrationteamstodevelopscalablereportingandanalyticscapabilitiesacrosstheorganisation.
KeyResponsibilities
  • Design,develop,andmaintainWorkdayPrismAnalyticssolutions.
  • Buildcomplexdatapipelines,datasets,andanalyticalmodelswithinPrism.
  • Gatherrequirementsfrombusinessstakeholdersandtranslatethemintoreportingandanalyticssolutions.
  • IntegratedatafrommultipleinternalandexternalsourcesintoWorkdayPrism.
  • Createdashboards,KPIs,andadvancedreportsusingWorkdayreportingtools.
  • Developcalculatedfieldsandsupportthecreationofadvancedreportingframeworks.
  • WorkcloselywithFunctionalandTechnicalWorkdayconsultantsacrossFinancials,HCM,andIntegrations.
  • Ensuredataquality,governance,andconsistencyacrossreportingenvironments.
  • SupportUAT,defectresolution,cutoveractivities,andpost-go-livehypercare.
  • Providebest-practiceguidancearoundWorkdayanalyticsarchitectureandreportingstrategy.
RequiredExperience
  • ProvenexperiencedeliveringWorkdayPrismAnalyticssolutionswithinenterpriseenvironments.
  • StrongunderstandingofWorkdayReporting,including:AdvancedReports/MatrixReports/CompositeReports/CalculatedFields
  • Experienceloading,transforming,andmodellingdatawithinWorkdayPrism.
  • StrongSQLanddataanalysisskills.
  • ExperienceworkingwithWorkdayFinancialsand/orWorkdayHCMdatamodels.
  • Experiencegatheringrequirementsandengagingseniorbusinessstakeholders.
  • StrongunderstandingofWorkdaysecurityandreportingsecurityframeworks.
  • PreviousexperiencesupportingfullWorkdayimplementationoroptimisationprogrammes.

  • WorkdayProCertified.
  • ExperiencewithWorkdayAdaptivePlanningandWorkdayAccountingCenter
  • KnowledgeofAzure,Snowflake,PowerBI,Tableau,orotherenterpriseanalyticsplatforms.
  • PreviousexperiencewithinFinancialServices,Insurance,Banking,orLargeEnterpriseenvironments.
  • ExperienceworkingonglobalWorkdaydeployments.
