Workday Reporting/Prism

In this role you enable clients to optimize HR reporting and analytics through Workday and GenAI-enabled approaches. You lead or contribute to large-scale transformations, collaborating with global teams to deliver integrated, cloud-based HR solutions. You translate business needs into efficient reports and configurations, analyze data trends, and support rapid problem-solving with AI-powered assets. You shape impactful reporting strategies that drive value for major organizations.

• Assess and rationalise client reporting needs and provide a value-based reporting inventory
• Collaborate with clients to define and translate technical requirements into reports and configurations
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends in large data sets
• Understand analytics use cases and offer workarounds while coordinating with internal teams
• Develop technical expertise in the Workday reporting and analytics framework

• Experience in data analysis, reporting and analytics in Workday or similar ERP
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and analyze reporting requirements
• Proven ability to translate and visualize requirements using Workday or similar analytics platforms
• Ability to meet client travel requirements and manage team/client interactions
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English
