Workday Solution Architect

In this role you will shape the Workday-enabled finance landscape to support a major systems transformation. You will define target architecture and standards, design and deliver Workday solutions, and ensure seamless integration with broader technology strategy. You will collaborate with architects and project teams to align changes with the enterprise roadmap. Joining a growth-focused, collaborative CIO team, you will help enhance digital capabilities and customer engagement in the UK insurance market. • Define target architecture, patterns and standards for the Workday platform
• Design and support delivery of Workday solutions aligned to target architecture
• Collaborate with architects to ensure Workday integrates across the wider tech landscape and strategy

• Understanding of insurance subledger accounting, data lineage, foundational data modelling, including Worktags and chart of accounts design
• Experience designing Workday integrations using modern patterns and tooling
• Knowledge of Workday reporting (Report Writer, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Office Connect)
• Experience across multiple Workday Financials modules (PRISM / Accounting Centre, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Business Assets, Projects, Expenses)
