Workday Solution Architect (Finance & HCM) – Global Enterprise

We’re looking for an experienced Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and evolution of our global Workday platform across both Financials and HCM . This is a senior, strategic role partnering with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and future‑proof enterprise solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Own end‑to‑end architecture across Workday Financials and HCM
• Translate global business requirements into clear solution designs, roadmaps, and integration patterns
• Lead architectural governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards
• Design integrations using EIB, Studio, PECI, and Workday APIs
• Guide global deployments, localisation, and regulatory compliance
• Provide architectural oversight to delivery teams and external partners
• Evaluate new Workday releases and ecosystem technologies

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience architecting Workday Financials and HCM in large, multi‑national organisations
• Strong understanding of Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, HCM Foundation, Absence, Time, and Compensation
• Excellent stakeholder management across Finance, HR, and Technology
• Workday certifications highly desirable
