Job Title : Workday People Systems Manager

Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Workday People Systems Manager to lead Workday delivery, optimisation and service management.
Position OverviewYou will provide hands-on Workday expertise , lead a team of Workday specialists and own the ongoing development, support and governance of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workday configuration, development and optimisation
- Manage Workday delivery from requirements through to deployment
- Own incidents, service requests and change management
- Lead Workday security, access and data governance
- Manage Workday releases, testing and tenant health
- Lead, coach and develop a Workday delivery team
- Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across the Workday environment
- 5+ years' hands-on Workday experience
- Strong Workday HCM experience
- Experience with additional Workday modules
- Proven configuration and technical delivery experience
- Experience across Workday implementations and major change
- Strong knowledge of Workday security and data governance
- Experience with ITIL / Agile / Scrum
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills
- Senior Workday management opportunity
