Workforce Planning Data Advisor

As a Workforce Management Advisor, you will support strategic projects for technology-industry clients backed by Bell Canada. Working with capacity managers, delivery, operations, and finance teams, you will strengthen workforce management through rigorous processes and relevant analyses. Your work will support capacity optimization, decision-making, and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain capacity data, tools, allocations, and assignments
• Produce dashboards for workforce planning and monitoring
• Coordinate personnel movements, absences, and contingency plans
• Support governance, PCO coordination, and process improvement
• Align capacity, assignment, and billing data with teams

Requirements:

• Bilingual French and English communication skills
• Training in administration, management, human resources, IT, or related fields
• Two to five years in resource planning or capacity management
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, or comparable planning tools
• Analytical, collaborative, rigorous, detail-oriented, and priority-focused approach
