Configure Workforce Software in Saskatoon while resolving complex tickets, refining pay rules, and supporting enterprise Time & Attendance operations.

Raise is hiring a Workforce Software Functional Consultant for targeted, short-term functional and technical support. You will support Time & Attendance, Advanced Scheduling, Pay Rules, SQL, and integrations across Workforce Software, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Payroll. The work focuses on reducing enhancement backlogs and strengthening support capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve complex Tier 2/3 support tickets within agreed SLA timelines
  • Configure and test scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Pay Rules
  • Develop SQL queries and mathematical formulas for pay calculations
  • Support integrations between WFS, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Payroll
  • Document configurations and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Requirements:

  • Five-plus years configuring and supporting Workforce Software
  • Three to five years using SQL and complex workforce formulas
  • Experience supporting payroll integrations and enterprise WFM ecosystems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Current Workforce Software Functional or Configuration Certification
