Workforce Software Time Attendance Consultant

Workforce Software configuration and SQL expertise drive short-term support for Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Pay Rules. This contract lasts two months.

This intermediate consultant role requires current Workforce Software certification and five-plus years of configuration and support experience. You will address backlog items within an environment supporting SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll processes. Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and communication are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze Workforce Software support tickets and enhancement requests
• Configure and maintain Time & Attendance and Scheduling
• Maintain Pay Rules within the Workforce Software environment
• Support testing, deployments, and production issue resolution
• Document solutions and provide internal knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• Current Workforce Software certification
• Five-plus years of Workforce Software configuration and support
• Three to five years using SQL programming language
• Complex formula writing using mathematical or programming skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
