Overview

In this role you drive the adoption of AI-enabled collaboration within Arrow through Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and automation. You will partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, design practical solutions, and deliver secure, scalable workplace capabilities. You’ll blend hands-on engineering with governance and enablement to improve Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online. Your work enables cross-functional teams to transform how they work with AI and automation, delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize high-value AI, automation and collaboration use cases with stakeholders
  • Lead discovery and solution design workshops translating business needs into technical solutions
  • Develop proofs of concept, rapid prototypes and reference templates for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio
  • Create enablement materials, prompt libraries and automation patterns to accelerate adoption
  • Provide hands-on engineering, administration, troubleshooting and lifecycle management for Microsoft 365 services
  • Define and apply governance guardrails, usage guidelines and lifecycle practices for secure adoption
  • Develop automation solutions using Power Platform and PowerShell and integrate with Microsoft 365 capabilities
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, data protection and responsible AI principles
Key requirements
  • 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace or collaboration engineering
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
  • 1–2 years of experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot or workplace AI (prompt development, adoption support, Copilot Studio, AI agent development)
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, governance and platform governance for Microsoft 365
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English, able to lead workshops and produce professional documentation
  • Independent, ownership-driven with ability to handle complex initiatives
