Yardi Systems Specialist

Yardi configuration and data accuracy define this full-time, on-site specialist role with Gestion Zagora in real estate management.

As the in-house Yardi expert, you will configure, maintain, and improve systems supporting operations and accounting. The work includes user support, property onboarding, reporting, migrations, and workflow improvements. You will collaborate with Accounting, Property Management, Leasing, Yardi support, and outside consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimise Yardi for operations and accounting
• Support users with daily troubleshooting and training
• Set up properties, units, tenants, leases, and vendors
• Monitor data integrity and resolve inconsistencies
• Create financial and operational reports and improve workflows

Requirements:

• Three to five years in Yardi or similar systems-focused roles
• Advanced hands-on Yardi experience; Voyager highly preferred
• Residential or commercial property management experience
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
