Overview
In this role you will lead and support the zSeries storage infrastructure within a large z/OS environment. You will run technical projects to deploy and evergreen storage, design and test hardware/software, and drive automation to reduce manual work. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure service quality for the storage platform. The opportunity combines hands-on mainframe storage expertise with project management in a global, hybrid setting. You will shape storage strategy and delivery, with a clear impact on cost, risk, and performance.

- Storage platforms in Object storage with Dell EMC ECS, NetApp StorageGrid, Veritas Enterprise Vault, OpenText InfoArchive, Cloudian, VAST, Scality, IBM COS, or Pure
- Hardware support knowledge with channel troubleshooting
- IWS for housekeeping schedules
- Experience in Agile environments
- Automation scripting with APIs (e.g., Ansible, Python)
