Zscaler Administrator - Application Packaging

In this Zscaler Administrator role, you will maintain and optimize the Zscaler environment to provide secure access to applications, cloud services, and internet resources. You will collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, network, and application teams in a large-scale, regulated setting, with the flexibility of remote work within the UK. The role focuses on improving reliability, security, and user experience while supporting automation and incident response efforts. This is a chance to shape enterprise zero-trust access in a high-security environment.

• Administer and optimize ZIA and ZPA platforms
• Manage policies, access controls, application segmentation, authentication integrations, and traffic forwarding
• Support and troubleshoot Zscaler Client Connector, App Connectors, and cloud connectivity services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
• Support onboarding and segmentation of business applications within ZPA
• Monitor platform performance, availability, security events, and user experience
• Contribute to automation initiatives using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and APIs
• Assist with incident response, vulnerability remediation, risk assessments, and continuous service improvement
• Produce technical documentation, operational reporting, and platform metrics

• Hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA
• Experience managing Zscaler policies, authentication, and secure access controls
• Troubleshooting skills across access, identity, networking, and cloud connectivity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure networking and infrastructure services
• Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, certificates, and authentication services
• Understanding of enterprise networking concepts (routing, firewalls, proxies, VPNs)
• Experience in IT service management and change control environments
